Who we are

We are not a labour agency. We take on a defined scope and finish it, with our own people, our own tools and our own responsibility.

Our own crew, our own foreman, our own tools. You commission a clearly defined scope, we deliver it, with every compliance document in your hands before day one.

You deal with one fixed contact person in German. On site, our foreman runs the crew. You get an accepted result, not timesheets.

In practice

What a strip-out in Northern Germany looks like.

Structure and facade stay, everything else comes out. Two examples from Hamburg and Saxony.

FAQ

What site managers ask us first.

How quickly can the crew start?

Usually within five working days of the order. We need that time for the customs registration and accommodation. If it is urgent, ask anyway, sometimes it is faster.

Who speaks German on site?

Your contact person Tomasz is fluent in German and Polish, by phone and on site if needed. The foreman receives your instructions in writing, translated.

How is the work billed?

By bill of quantities, measurement or lump sum, with interim payments as work progresses. We invoice net, VAT is reverse-charged under § 13b UStG.

Who provides skips and disposal?

Usually the client. We clear, sort and load. On request we arrange skips and disposal as a separate item in the quote.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. A small trial job is the best way to get to know us. Larger assignments follow.

Do you work with asbestos?

No. We do not carry out hazardous material removal under TRGS 519. If your building is contaminated, we take on the released areas.
